Yield Bearing Mega Cap Index on BNB

In CIP #8 we have proposal about implement a yield bearing Mega Cap Index on Avalanche.

Now when we are speaking about launching Cook on BSC we should think about implement Yield Bearing Mega Cap Index on BNB.

It could have Interest Bearing BTC and Interest Bearing ETH.

In my opinion it would be great to provide a Mega Cap index which composed by the two largest market cap crypto to BNB chain users. Mega Cap index is always a good and safer portfolio for defi players

Cook team should provide such Mega Cap index composed by the two largest market cap crypto for sure.
